Meet Matt Sutterfield, Epic’s new Customer Support Manager

We’re happy to introduce our newest Epic team member, Matt Sutterfield. Matt joined us in December to kick our customer service and support into high gear, and his new role includes help desk support, client training, website updates, and grammar checking the rest of the team (because he just can’t help himself).

“Hi everyone, I’m Matt Sutterfield, the new Customer Support Manager here at epicShops. My job is to work with our clients via the Help Desk to respond to requests and solve the little day to day issues that come up when you’re running an eCommerce website. If you submit a support ticket, it’s most likely me responding on the other end! I’m also helping with whatever else needs done here and there around Epic, including new client onboarding and video training. I’m excited to join such a flexible and fast-moving team.

My background includes providing user support for some of the biggest giants in the tech industry, as well as a variety of tiny silicon-valley startups. I’m glad to be able to leave the craziness that is the San Francisco Bay Area, and work with the epicTeam here in the lovely Rogue Valley.

In my spare time, I can be found riding motorcycles around the mountains of Southern Oregon, shooting rifles competitively, or teaching basic marksmanship classes.

I look forward to working with all our epicPartners and getting to know you better! If you’d like to submit a support ticket for your online store, as always we recommend emailing us at support@epicshops.com so your issue can be addressed ASAP by our current staff on duty. If you’d like to reach out personally with questions, suggestions, ideas or good jokes, please feel free to email me at matt@epicshops.com.

I look forward to communicating with you all and being of assistance to make your online business the very best it can be!”
